The period for further submissions has now closed.

Summary of Submissions on Proposed Te Tai o Poutini Plan A Combined District Plan for the West Coast

The Plan was publicly notified as a Proposed Plan on 14 July 2022. Submissions closed 11 November 2022. A total of 534 submissions were lodged on the plan with over 15,000 submission points. These submissions have now been summarised.

  • Any person representing a relevant aspect of the public interest
  • Any person who has an interest in the proposal greater than the general public

Where to view the Summary of Submission on Proposed Te Tai o Poutini Plan

The Summary of Submissions provides a summary of decisions requested for each submission point. The Summary of Submissions can be viewed either by submitter name or by plan provision.

As the summaries are indicative of the relief sought by a submitter, it is strongly recommended that the full submission is considered before lodging a further submission. A list of full submissions can be viewed by clicking here.
