Proposed Te Tai o Poutini Plan Addendum to the Summary of Submissions

Submissions were received in relation to the notification of the proposed Te Tai o Poutini Plan (TTPP) at the end of 2022. Unfortunately, a submission was omitted from the summary of submissions publicly notified in 2023. This submission has now been summarised in an Addendum to the Summary of Submissions.

Further submissions 

The period for further submissions has now closed.

The following persons may make a further submission in support of, or in opposition to, this submission:

• Any person representing a relevant aspect of the public interest
• Any person who has an interest in the proposal greater than the general public

The further submission must state whether you support or oppose any part of the submission and if you wish to be heard in support of your further submission.

Anyone who makes a further submission, and who has indicated that they wish to be heard, will have the right to attend the hearing and to present their further submission. Those people will be notified of the hearing dates in due course.  

Further submissions must be made by 5.00pm on 27 May 2024.
